For ages 11+ Instep is an older version of Thursday Club.

We look at subjects that are relevant to you, in various fascinating ways and have a "weekly challenge" each week - could you do it?

In the second part there are lots of games, sports and crafts, but we also go out bowling, pizza, BBQ's, weekends away and lots more
