Bible Study & Prayer

Tuesday 7.30 p.m.

Each week we meet for a time of Bible Study and Prayer, as we believe it is important to study and understand the Bible.

We meet in an informal setting and over each term a separate book or subject is studied e.g. 10 Commandments, Book of Romans. The study is led by a member of the Bible Study team with the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion over the subject.

Whether you are a scholar of the Bible, or have little knowledge but would like to find out more, you are welcome to come along and join with us.

We also hold a prayer meeting on the first Saturday of the month at 9.00 a.m. and also have a "Prayer for Israel" group that meets each Monday at 12.15 p.m.

CHRISTIANITY EXPLORED COURSE

Since October 2005 we have been holding a short weekly course looking into what Christianity is really about. A facilitator will lead the course looking at a different topic each week, leading into discussion. It is open to anyone to attend and a meal will be provided during the meeting. Further details are available from Starbeck Mission and will be widely publicised.
